1st Day of School at P.S. 11

Wednesday was the first day of public school.  Most of the little kids seemed scared , but the parents were so ready for this day. Lyla was concerned that she didn't practice her reading enough over the summer, so she insisted on bringing along a book which she had memorized, apparently in case there was a pop quiz on the first day.  It all worked out in the end - there was no quiz.
